The central message of the Bible is one of Divine comfort, and it was accomplished on a Friday two-thousand years ago. Though we rebels deserved God’s just judgment, He condescended to us in grace. To our astonishment, the Father sent His Son to take up our flesh and become obedient unto death, even death on a cross. He experienced darkness, that we might find light. He underwent suffering, that we might find hope and have an unshakeable comfort.
You’re invited to join us at on Good Friday evening (7:00) in the sanctuary of Westwood First Presbyterian (3011 Harrison Ave., Cincinnati) as we reflect upon this salvation and join our hearts and voices together in prayer and song.
Let us know you’re coming!
